          The BTWEA scheme aims to encourage people who receive social welfare payment to become self-employed. The best part is that you can continue to keep a percentage of your social welfare payment for up to 2 years if you are accepted into the BTWEA scheme.

          • €1000 grant (you must contribute 25% of the cost)
          • After approval, you can keep 100% of the social welfare payment for the 1st year and 75% of the social welfare payment for the second year.
